Thank heaven for little girls, and thank heaven for Gigi!

The perfect Holiday champagne filled bubbly musical for the entire family came to Off The Wall Theatre. Liz Mistele starred in the Lerner and Lowe musical classic, which featured an all star cast of Marilyn White, Karl Miller, Jeremy C. Welter, Sharon Nieman-Kobert, and many of your Milwaukee favorites. "The Night They Invented Champagne", "Ah Yes, I Remember It Well", "Thank Heaven for Little Girls", and the beloved title song came to life on the intimate Off The Wall Theatre with a cast of eighteen. The story of a young girl's coming of age and discovering the power of love, and of an older generation remembering love of the past. GIGI brought laughter to the audiences' lips, tears to their eyes, familiar tunes humming through their heads, a lump to their throats, and a tug at their hearts.

Director Dale Gutzman filled the stage with a swirl of color and light, using the small intimate theatre as never before. Music Director Anne Van Deusen breathed bubbly life into much loved songs, and Technical Director David Roper worked some very special magic for this show set in turn of the century Paris. Many of your Off The Wall favorites turned up in surprising cameo roles, and this light, frothy, fun-filled show had the audienes singing along from song to song.
